"I have been working with this agent for more than 2 years. Unfortunately, he and his team is not supportive and communicate in a very slow fashion. Recently, I had an accident, which I was not in fault. I asked them if you are going to increase my rate. They replied: don't worry, you were not in fault. Unfortunately, they increased the rate, and justified it is general enhance in rates. In general, state farm did a VERY POOR JOB in this case. Even they were not able to communicate with other party, which was known and had insurance coverage."

"Does not communicate. I had simple question that was emailed. It takes at least two requests for info for him to get back to you. A customer should not have to remind their agent to respond, took over a month to get simple answer and even then he did not actually answer the whole question. I then called his office to get resolved, his desk person did not care, was flippant and I never did get a call or email back. This was the first time I ever had to communicate with him and his lack of professionalism in basic customer service was shocking. There are several local neighborhood agents in Pittsburgh, my advice would be to seek them out instead of David Masters."
